Oboarding-Project Overview
This project aimed to optimize the sign-in flow and dashboard experience to increase conversion rates, with a particular focus on desktop users. Since 70% of Leesy's users (primarily real estate agents) perform their admin tasks on desktops, the challenge was to enhance the experience to cater to their workflow.
Key enhancements:​
Progressive Disclosure: Simplified the sign-in journey by only revealing necessary information at each stage, preventing cognitive overload.

Gamification: Incorporated an engaging, interactive background that unveiled property images as users advanced, creating a more enjoyable and motivating experience.

Desktop Focus: Designed specifically for desktop usage, ensuring real estate agents could efficiently complete their tasks while maintaining engagement.

The redesign of the sign-in flow and dashboard resulted in a 5% increase in conversion rates, enhancing the user experience and meeting the business objective of driving sign-ups. Dashboard Property Report
This project focused on creating a dynamic and data-driven property report dashboard for renters and real estate agents using the Leesy platform. The goal was to provide users with a comprehensive tool to compare properties, generate property predictions, and match applications based on data sourced from the Leesy community and external APIs.
Key Features:
Price Prediction: Using an API, the system gathered data on comparable properties and generated a price prediction for the next 90 days based on current market trends.

Application Summary: Showed an overview of active rental applications, including details about the applicants (e.g., household income, rental history, and pets).
Renter Matches: Highlighted potential renter matches from the Leesy community, enabling agents and property owners to quickly review and assess prospective tenants.
​Quick Actions: Provided easy access to key actions such as generating landlord reports, rental appraisals, and property price evaluations.
